Job description: – Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Business Analyst
– Duration: Long term, potential to go full time
– Location: Local candidates needed for in-office training and occasional face-to-face meetings
– Interview Process: Two rounds, first via Teams call, second with team members
– Role: Assist in continuous improvement and innovation projects to solve system and technology issues
– Key Responsibilities: Act as liaison between IST department and business teams, define solution requirements and turn them into technical specifications, identify opportunities to leverage systems, document business processes, create test cases, collaborate on deployment, and manage work to deliver according to project schedules
– Education Requirement: BS or BA in Information Technology/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration
– Experience Required: 2+ years in Research & Development, Manufacturing or Distribution system environments, excellent communication skills, experience in documenting requirements, eagerness to learn new systems and technologies, advanced SQL skills, and experience in modeling, analytical and problem-solving techniques
– Preferred Experiences: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), data analytics tools (AWS Glue, AWS DataBrew, OCI Data Integration, Data Flow, Data Catalog, OCI Data Science), Python programming, process automation software (UI Path RPA, Document Understanding, AI), and complex systems environment (ERP, PLM, LIMS, WMS, TMS, MES, System Integration)
– Understanding of Research & Development, Process Manufacturing, and Distribution business methodologies is a plus.
