This position is commission-based and offers flexible hours, allowing you to make your own schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be sales-driven, and possess a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional cleaning services for carpets, upholstery, hard surface floors, HVAC systems, ductwork, and area/oriental rugs.
- Identify and execute effective cleaning techniques and products to meet client needs.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and close sales to generate new business.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client interactions.
- Manage your schedule to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell additional services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record in a commission-based role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a clear driving record.
