- Pay Rate : $26 – $31/hour
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000/yr

- Business Hours: Mon-Fri (8am – 5pm / 40 hour work week), every Thursday finance team works on-site (1day week on-site)

Addressing Working Capital Issues: * Addressing issues with invoicing, accruals, collections, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Initiatives to clean up and improve processes.
- Additional support needed due to working capital requirements.
- Working on improving processes and cleaning up processes.
- This role emphasizes problem-solving abilities, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and experience in managing complex collections processes.
Top 3 Keys: * 3+ years of B2B collections and pivot tables/vlookups experience for reporting
- Business mindset. Communication is key. Willingness to work with client, offers solutions, and build rapport/relationships with vendors. Strong business acumen needed.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Can-do attitude
- Complex role involving more than phone calls.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and complex customer queries.
Volume and Experience: * Assigned portfolios/customers vary in volume but on average around 1100-1200 line items.
- Experience required: 3+ years in B2B collections, handling escalations, proactive follow-ups, and managing approximately $2 million in monthly collections.
- Standard expectation of 25 touches per day. Majority of day will be spent in excel for reporting, reviewing aging reports, tons of follow-up, and executing collections reducing customer accounts
