• Working and reconciling bi-weekly payroll exception reports
• Working assigned tickets within defined SLA timeline
• Conducting bi-weekly payroll reporting
• Assisting other teammates as requested
• Completing special projects as assigned

• You have previous experience working in the payroll industry
• You have a background in being able to research and resolve inquiries
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite
• You have strong communication and customer service skills
• You have great judgement skills
• You have strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
