- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Work with prospective policyholders to develop an insurance program that best fits their individual needs and circumstances
- Have a keen sense of attention to detail when implementing a range of effective sales strategies to maintain and grow long-term customer base
- Work within a tailored custom-made customer relationship management database and related organizational tools to accurately report progress against monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Set meetings with new and potential clients and present quotes and plan options tailored to their individual circumstances
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Ability to work in a digital environment with a high attention to detail is preferred
- Ability to generate leads from multiple sources
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Comfortable with Microsoft office and working generally with a PC (not apple)
- Experience with any lead generation software is beneficial
