- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Provide administrative support for training programs, including tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and maintaining training records.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in training and development is a plus but not required.
