The Design team at Raisin, consisting of product designers and brand & marketing designers, is united by a shared belief in the power of esteem, creativity, and purpose. - Address real customer challenges through thorough research, innovative design, rigorous testing, and validation of different solutions
- Develop a straightforward yet compelling user experience for our B2C products
- Clearly articulate and justify your design choices using data-driven insights and logical reasoning
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders from diverse business functions and groups
- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Design various marketing and graphic materials as needed to support the US office
- Design and optimize responsive websites and landing pages using a content management system (CMS)
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and digital design
- B2C experience preferably within fintech, financial services or ecommerce
- Heavy digital design experience (creative, landing pages, websites, etc.)
- Experience developing national digital advertising campaigns
- Ability to work on creative for advertisements, affiliates, print and collateral material
