Add a healthy passion for wrestling with complex software systems and a desire to build automation tools, and you’ll be set apart from the crowd.What you will do:Work alongside a diverse team of engineers to deliver end to end Agent experience features, with focus on quality, scalability and maintainability.Collaborate across our Product Management, Architecture and Engineering teams and with other partners to provide technical input and ensure we build the right solutions to empower our AgentsDevelop and test web and API features, and ensure they meet design requirementsImplement proof of concepts and pilots to accelerate the on-boarding of new technologies and solutions to solve business problemsReport clearly on current work statusTake advantage of opportunities to build new technical expertiseWho you are:BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field3+ years full-stack software development experience across multiple technologies, languages and frameworksExperience in HTML/CSS, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java/KotlinExperience with REST or GraphQL services is a plusExperience utilizing cloud technologies and services with Amazon AWS or equivalent is a plusGood communication and the ability to collaborate with and explain technical details and challenges to a wide variety of audiencesTests and monitors own codeSeeks to understand how engineering solutions fit business needThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
