- Provide effective communication among various departments, including insurers, customers, estimators, and our automotive repair team
- Maintain precise data records for parts and client information
- Facilitate ongoing communication with the repair team to address any client concerns or installation issues swiftly
- Resolve client inquiries and problems promptly and efficiently to uphold high satisfaction levels
- Aid in the procurement of supplies for both the repair center and administrative office
- Provide consistently exceptional customer service while supporting fundamental administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and administrative capacities
- Strong organizational skills coupled with an excellent eye for detail
- Previous exposure to automotive dealerships or collision repair centers is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure customer scenarios
- Self-motivated with the capability to thrive independently in a dynamic work environment
