Job description: Selectek is searching for an Architectural Designer with a background in local and state projects in the Metro Atlanta area.Required:
- Prepare and produce designs, construction and administration documents, and schematic designs for local and state buildings
- Conduct research on zoning codes, building materials and systems
- Prepare designs, model buildings, renderings, and visual presentations
- Excellent communications skills to collaborate with the team to help solve design issues
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Bluebeam
- BA Architecture plus 5 years of experience
- No license needed

Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000
Term of assignment: Direct Hire
Location of job: Kennesaw, GA (they prefer someone live close to this area)
Hours and shift: 8AM 5PM EST (Flexible on hours if needed)
Work from home/remote: No
