Job description: ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – Data CenterOur client, a premier Electrical Contractor in the Pacific Northwest, is urgently seeking a dynamic Electrical Project Manager with Data Center experience to join their team. You will play a vital role in managing high-profile projects from start to finish.What they need:
- Five years’ experience in a project management position
- Two years’ experience in Mission Critical Data Center Construction
- Construction management degree
- Estimator/Project supervisor experience
- Electrical experience – apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, project foremen/general foreman
- Demonstrated financial analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
What you’ll do:
- Project and Account Management: manage overall schedule and milestones; financial, labor, change order tracking, materials purchasing and deliveries, customer relations, and billing.
- Business Development: maintain customer relationships; manage large accounts; develop new business annually.
- Estimating: determine materials take-off; review project scope and final bid; finalize summary sheet
