- Deliver thorough, actionable, accessible, and intuitive designs for a complex and regulated space. Your design work is clean, focused, and inspiring to others.
- Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision videos.
- Create, assess, and validate design solutions based on user research input, user goals, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with content designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to align, iterate, and deliver informed designs on time and at quality.
- Work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate insights into design efforts.
- Support Engineering with design implementation, participate in product testing to maintain design quality, and adapt designs as needed during development.
- Scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks and goals independently.
- Storytells the why, what, and how to a diverse set of audiences to create clarity, generate energy, and influence buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and generate innovative ideas to improve our products, our processes, and culture.
The role
- You’ve worked on multiple enterprise solutions already and are interested in learning more about Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, Copilots, and Power Platform.
- You’re experienced with component-based design practices and contributing to multi-product design systems, building end-to-end visual flows and detailed functional and accessibility specs.
- You enjoy working with multi-disciplinary teams (all the way from product managers and engineers to content designers and researchers) and have strong written and verbal communication skills that can bring your team together to create simple and effective experiences.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with delivering thorough, actionable, accessible, and intuitive designs for a complex and regulated space that the design work is clean, focused, and inspiring to others.
- 7+ years of experience with producing design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be. – That would include storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, vision videos.
- 7+ years of experience working closely, collaborating closely with content designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to align, iterate and deliver informed designs on time and at quality.
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have 7+ years of experience designing end-to-end enterprise scale cloud software or services.
- Must have 2+ years’ experience working with and contributing to comprehensive design systems.
- Proven track record of creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, and research; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.
- Experience in balancing user goals, business requirements and technical constraints to deliver delightful and meaningful product experiences.
- Proficiency in modern component-based design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative suite.
- Ability to create highly polished UX documentation, functional specs, accessibility specs, prototypes, mockups, user flows and other communication artifacts.
- Ability to drive clarity and action through moments of manage ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with fellow designers and partners in Research, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Outstanding storytelling ability to generate empathy; using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

- A competitive pay range of $65/hr-67/hr (depending on experience).
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
