Reporting directly to the President, the Business Development professional will be a strategic thinker with proven hunting skills. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds revenue and margin targets, this position will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions and play an integral role in the overall development of the organization.Required Skills/Abilities:
- Local and highly networked across the restoration industry – Commercial Vertical
- Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals
- Strategic, persistent with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be part of an established company
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills to actively implement ideas
- Curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales and business development in the restoration industry preferred
