- Participate in all aspects of tasks and activities for assigned deliverables (pre-, during, and post-). Conduct business process analysis, business analysis, and data analysis as needed in support of M3P
- Support issue facilitation, resolution, triage, and management as needed at either the member and/or group level
- Provide timely written and/or verbal communications to critical stakeholders and management regarding key deliverables
- Demonstrate a functional understanding of the end-to-end pharmacy operating model, especially with respect to the M3P program
- Create business requirements and process documentation as needed
- Able to function effectively in a multi-faceted environment with changing priorities
- Contribute to and collect operational metrics for dashboard and scorecard reporting
- Aid in flex assignments and other duties as assigned by management. Assignments will be determined based upon the functional need and the skills & experience of each resource

- 2+ years of PBM operations experience
- 2+ years of experience involving: Business process analysis, issue resolution, client management, and/or client implementation
- Data collection and analysis experience
- Experience creating and maintaining process documents (Process flows, P&P’s/SOP’s, Job Aids, Training materials, IRAAD, Status Reports, Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Reports, and Operational Metrics)
- Experience creating and conducting written and verbal communications to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and executives
- Mid-level expertise in using basic MS-Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Mid-level expertise in using process-specific tools such as MS-Visio, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Government programs, such as Medicare Part-D, Medicaid and EGWP experience
- Medicare/Medicaid Processing experience
- Knowledge of member eligibility processing
- Proven solid communication skills (verbal and written), inc. experience working with geographically dispersed teams
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven effective decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to effectively organize and prioritize work schedule and tasks
- Proven ability to work independently

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
