We are excited to welcome a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist to our client’s healthcare team in Lakeside, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills, explore new locations, and make a significant impact on patient care.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures with precision.
- Analyze and interpret results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely lab results.
- Maintain detailed records of tests, results, and patient information.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid and current state license as a Medical Technologist.
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
- Previous travel/contract experience preferred but not required.
