Responsible for creating a cohesive style guide, ensuring that design elements and language are applied consistently throughout a project or product, and defining behaviors. Ensures customer experience standards are met both during the happy path and in error states.Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide motion art direction for the design team, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, UX researchers) to define design goals and strategies.
- Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions.
- Define micro-interactions, transitions, and animations to enhance the user experience.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Approach design challenges with a curious mindset and explore innovative solutions.
- Solve complex design problems while considering user needs and technical constraints.
Job Contribution:Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.Experience:Moderate level real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.Supervisory:NoOur Senior Motion Designer, earns between $118,800.00-$178,200.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
