The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and execution of all clinical programs. This position will create key performance indicators for programs and ensure that managers are working towards their programmatic goals. The Director of Clinical Operations will provide administrative oversight and assistance to the Executive Director, Chief Advancement Officer and Director of HR and Fiscal Management and Director of Programming. They will help ensure that new programs and their policies are being implemented in accordance to the ‘LICADD’ standard. This position will be the representative for the clinical team to steward new grants, represent the agency and promote agency business to the community.
Expected salary: $75000 – 80000 per year
