This role will require work to be completed 100% Onsite.Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our team and play a key role in the product development process. You will leverage your expertise in SolidWorks and hands-on design experience to create high-quality technical drawings and contribute to continuous product improvement.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Create accurate and clear technical drawings and documentation
- Participate in product reviews and collaborate with engineers to optimize designs
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and implement innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and aluminum properties
- Background in HVAC systems (a plus)
